Issue 11 is the eleventh edition of Sonic the Comic. Released on the 16th October 1993 at the price of 95p, the issue contained four original strips (one of them new) and several features. For some reason, the issue was marketed as a "Bash-a-Badnik issue".

Strips
Sonic the Hedgehog
Time Racer is a complete story written by Mark Millar, drawn by Ed Hillyer and lettered by Tom Frame. Sonic has been called to the other side of Mobius to rescue Tails from a bowl of water. It's actually a plot by Doctor Robotnik to keep Sonic out of the way while he fires his death ray on the Emerald Hill Zone. Sonic makes it home in five seconds flat to create a mirror out of sand and reflect the beam back to the Space Satellite and destroy it.
Kid Chameleon
Kid Chameleon is a 6-part story by Michael Cook, Brian Williamson, Steve White and Frame. Casey, as Bezerker, has just managed to reach the telepad and rescue Suzi from the sewers but the pair have beamed right in front of a massive tank. It's no problem for the bulky Bezerker, which is more than can be said about his reading ability. To traverse a skyscraper leading to the exit, Casey becomes the Iron Knight and climbs, knocking out some planes on the way. At the top, Suzi makes it home while Casey is left to fight a robot gorilla on his own, completely powerless!
Streets of Rage
Streets of Rage is a 6-part story by Millar, Peter Richardson and Frame (his third story this issue). Axel Stone has arrived just in time to save Blaze Fielding and Max Hatchet from being killed by crook Hawk. In the confusion, Max manages to escape from his confines and use the police tracer to call Officer Murphy for help. While Axel and Blaze manage to escape, Max and Hawk are locked in a brawl that is interrupted when Murphy drops an incendiary bomb on the compund.
Decap Attack
Starring Chuck D. Head! is a 6-part Decap story, the first in the series. Written and drawn by Nigel Kitching with lettering from Steve Potter, the story sees Chuck D. Head come to terms with his new life as a reanimated corpse. His worries are worsened when the monstrous Max D. Cap raises his castle from Hell, intending to force Professor Frank N. Stein to build him an army of the undead. An invasion of Castle Frank N. Stein sees Chuck defend his new home by throwing Head at the monsters and headbutting Croc, but he is knocked off the dwelling by Bullhead, seemingly killing him.
Features
The Control Zone, hosted by Megadroid, teases that a new solo Tails story may soon be appearing and that he also appears in this issue's Sonic story (although it is mistakenly titled Faster Than A Speeding Bullet). The rest of the page is given to pictures of birthday cakes, but warns about brushing teeth unless you want to look like Chuck D. Head (but hopefully not dead). The Sega Charts see all games (Jungle Strike, Final Fight and Sonic the Hedgehog 2 remaining top of their respective (MD, MCD, MS/GG) charts.
News Zone is the next feature this issue, with a special report on the European Computer Trade Show by David Gibbon. He covered a number of games that were at the show like Haunting, Virtual Pinball, James Pond 3 and Mutant League Hockey. A selection of football games are also mentioned, the most interesting being future game-changer FIFA International Soccer. The article is finished off by other sports games like Winter Olympics '94 and F1. "News eXtra!" takes up the usual role of the News Zone (although with more of ECTS), with previews of Davis Cup World Tour, Thunderhawk, Brett Hull Hockey, Zool, Cosmic Spacehead, Dino Riders and Robocop Versus Terminator.
The Review Zone again features two reviewers but no individual credits, with Vincent Low and Gibbon sharing duties. A notably anti-16-bit feature sees the pair award Ren & Stimpy 70% and Battletoads (both GG) 85%, while Road Runner (MS) only gets 65%. Sherlock Holmes (MCD) rounds things off with a score of 75%. This issue's Q Zone is a special dedicated to Bubsy in Claws Encounters of the Furred Kind. Gibbon gives a walkthrough to the game's worlds as well as providing passwords to skip straight to each level.
Speedlines sees Megadroid answer letters on the absence of The Legend of the Golden Axe, Sonic's head in the last Wonder Boy story, different artists and there's a little ditty. As well as artists of a cool Sonic and a scene from Day of the Badniks, all published letters won a Tomy Sonic the Hedgehog Water Fun Game.
