Elkan

Elkan is a resident of Soleanna in Sonic the Hedgehog (2006). He is a diligent employee of Rimlight, an organization which specializes in mysterious forms of energy known as Light Cores. He is researching light energy and has been collecting these Light Cores in order to make progress on Rimlight's research, as these objects require more study. He knows that Light Cores are sometimes found in the possession of Iblis and Mephiles creatures, but he probably does not have the strength or the bravery to obtain them.

History

In Shadow's story, Elkan gives Shadow his fourth Town Mission. Iblis and Mephiles' minions have appeared in Soleanna Forest, and knowing that these monsters usually hold Light Cores, Elkan asks Shadow to defeat these creatures and collect their Light Cores before time runs out and they disappear.
