Fighting Dojo

The Fighting Dojo is a building in Saffron City located next to the Saffron City Gym. In Generation I and Generation III, the player character had to beat the Black Belts in order to obtain Hitmonlee or Hitmonchan. In Generation IV, the Gym Leaders can be challenged to rematches with improved teams and Pokémon native to either Hoenn or Sinnoh. The player character must call them at certain times of the day in order to challenge them.
