Ui Kozeki (古関ウイ in Japanese) is one of the characters of the 2021 roleplay game Blue Archive who studies in Trinity General School and wields a Sniper Rifle. She is the president of the Library Committee, a club that, as the name implies, manages libraries, specifically the libraries in Trinity. She is named "The Magician of the Old Library" due to her exceptional abilities in repairing old broken items and deciphering cryptic ancient messages.
She first appeared as one of the main protagonists of the "Sister and the Magician of the Old Bookstore" side event, where she was tasked to repair an ancient Trinity scripture that was found but destroyed by a clumsy Sisterhood member named Hinata Wakaba. She then appeared as another main protagonist for the "Trinity's Extracurricular Activities" side event, where she was tasked to investigate abandoned ruins in an uninhabited island. In the main story, she briefly appeared in the third chapter of the third volume, "Eden Treaty", and in the second chapter of the final volume, "Where All Miracles Begin".
She is voiced by Yi Saeah in Korean, Saori Gotō in Japanese, and Wangwang Suanrong in Chinese.
The introverted librarian of the Old Library. Ui despises going outside and strangers entering the library or even stopping by to say hello. Inside the library, she spends her time taking care of her books, or as she calls them, her daughters. She cares for books so much to the point where she breaks down mentally whenever she sees one in a terrible shape. However, despite her introverted nature, she is willing to help people when necessary, as long as they respect her personal space, which is about a 2-meter radius around her. And especially, do not make noise inside her library.

This is the outfit Ui wore during the "Trinity's Extracurricular Activities" side event, where she alongside a few others were tasked to investigate abandoned ruins by the Sisterhood, a club Ui's been suspicious of for a while. Despite being forced, she utilized this opportunity to try and discover the secrets behind Sisterhood. However, she instead learned more about accepting other people instead of just shoving them away. Though, she definitely still needs to learn to keep her tone down when others don't act the way she expects them to.
Move 4 allies within a round-shaped area around Ui to her location and increases Penetration-Type Damage Effectiveness for 45 sec.

Trivia
Ui's halo resembles a clock, which has arms of equal length. Both are aligned with no offset, meaning the clock reads 3:00 or 15:00. 3AM has several meanings in Christian religion, one being God sending messages to people, which relates to Ui's role as translator of ancient scriptures.
