Haruka Igusa (伊草ハルカ in Japanese) is one of the characters in the 2021 roleplay game Blue Archive who studies at Gehenna Academy and wields a Shotgun, and is one of the characters of the 2024 Anime Adaptation of the same name. She is one of the members of Handyman 68 (or Problem Solver 68), a group of "fixers" who claim to be able to finish any task if paid sufficiently. However, Haruka can be quite a bit excessive in "fixing" the group's problems.
She appeared alongside her "fixer" friends as supporting antagonists against the Countermeasures Committee, the main protagonists of the main story's first volume, "The Foreclosure Task Force". However, they ended up becoming friends with the Countermeasures Committee later on. Haruka then appeared again as a supporting protagonist in the third chapter of the third volume, "Treaty of Eden", and in the second and third chapter of the final volume, "Where All Miracles Begin". She also played as a protagonist in one of the side events, "Handyman 68's New Year Rhapsody", where she and her friends faced off against a scam organization.
Personality
Unlike the other members, Haruka has an excessively low self-esteem, a result of constantly being bullied during childhood. It also caused some mental problems for her. However, she was saved by Aru Rikuhachima, and ever since, she has pledged loyalty towards her, even willing to let herself die if it meant Aru's plans can succeed. She can also lose control of herself when someone intends to foil Aru's plans, causing her to go insane and fire her shotgun uncontrollably, making sure the perpetrator is down. Her favorite plant is weed as they represent herself: "useless" and "only to be stepped on or plucked out." However, it's proven she cares for her friends, especially her savior Aru. Though, something definitely needs to be done about her self-deprecation.

This is the outfit Haruka wore during the "Handyman 68's New Year Rhapsody" side event where she and her club discovered a shady organization responsible for utilizing the New Year festivities to illegally gain more money. As usual, Haruka is always willing to be by Aru's side. This time around however, the club really got themselves into quite a ride.
