Chise Waraku (和楽チセ in Japanese) is one of the characters in the 2021 roleplay game Blue Archive who studies at Hyakkiyako Alliance Academy and wields a Grenade Launcher. She is a member of the Yin-Yang Club, a club that is often seen as Hyakkiyako's de-facto student council. Despite their position, the club itself tends to be irresponsible when handling requests.
Although Chise existed since the game's launch, she first appeared in the story during the "An Unconcealed Heart" side event as a side character. She then played as a supporting protagonist during the "Momoyodou Beach Bar Franchising Plan". In the main story, she appeared as a supporting protagonist during the second chapter of the final volume, "Where All Miracles Begin", and during the first chapter of the fifth volume, "Hyakka Ryōran".
Personality
The well-renowned "Princess Waraku" of Hyakkiyako, popularized through a huge performance in Hyakkiyako, with its main event allowing the audience to participate in the performance. A quiet and absent-minded girl of Hyakkiyako who seemingly pays almost no mind towards her surroundings. She enjoys writing haiku, often coming up with them on the spot whenever something piques her interest. Her method of speaking makes people think Chise barely pays attention to anything. Despite that, Chise enjoys assisting her friends in whatever ways she can.

This is the outfit Izuna wore during the "Momoyodou Beach Bar Franchising Plan" side event, where she and several other students underwent an operation regarding a giant scam relating to a big shady organization. Chise was assigned to help by the Yin-Yang Club's president Niya Amachi, and Chise, who was willing to help, accepted the request.
Fires grenades alternately at up to 3 enemies. Deals a percentage of ATK as DMG to enemies in a round-shaped area around the target and inflicts STUN for 2.7 sec. The DMG and STUN duration are increased when the target is already under CROWD-CONTROL.
