Saki Sorai (空井サキ in Japanese) is one of the characters in the 2021 roleplay game Blue Archive who studies in SRT Special Academy (Special Response Team Special Academy) and wields a Machine Gun. She is a member of the RABBIT Platoon (or Rabbit Squad), an elite group of first-year SRT students. Although they're only first-years, they have undergone through rigorous training incomparable with other academies, and Saki is no different. Saki takes on the role of the "point man" of the squad, leading and scouting the unit. Unfortunately for Saki and the squad, their academy shutdown not too long after they were enrolled, leading to the Rabbit Squad's decision to begin a protest to restore SRT, to no avail.
Saki briefly played the role of the antagonist during the first chapter of the fourth volume, the "Rabbit of Caerbannog", due to the squad's protest. She and her squad were able to hinder the Valkyrie Police Academy's attempt to apprehend them despite their overpowering numbers. However, they were defeated pretty easily when the Sensei of Schale, the main character of Blue Archive, was involved, who used only the remaining Valkyrie students (around 5) and information regarding the Rabbit Squad. The squad was interrogated afterwards, in which Sensei learned the motives behind their protest and decided to support them by handing out supplies and suggestions on what to do next. Ever since, Saki and her squad have been continuing their lives helping neighbors while also discovering and ceasing illegal activities, the thing the squad was made to do in the first place. Saki also appeared as the supporting protagonist for the fourth volume's second chapter and for the final volume, "Where All Miracles Begin".
Personality
At first glance, Saki comes off as an egotistical and arrogant person. She acts overconfident most of the times, claiming she can do anything with what she's learned from the textbooks back at SRT. However, she focuses on textbooks too much she expects everything to follow the textbooks, so when situations begin falling downhill, she's at a loss on what she needs to do. Regardless, she is capable enough to complete missions, as expected from an SRT student.

This is the SRT's first trip to the beach in a while. Although it's a trip to the beach, it is also their mission to locate the cause of the unordinary shortage of shrimps. It's a weird reason, but a mission is a mission. Saki wore this outfit during the "RABBIT Platoon and the Mystery of the Missing Shrimp" side event, where she and the Rabbit Squad went to locate the mysteries regarding a certain fishing village that used to be a tourist spot.
