Rumi Akeshiro (朱城ルミ in Japanese) is one of the characters in the 2021 roleplay game Blue Archive who studies at Shanhaijing Senior Secondary School and wields a Submachine Gun. She is the president of the Xuanwu Merchant Association, a restaurant focused on making delicious varieties of foods. The restaurant itself seems to be an enemy of the Xuanlong Office, Shanhaijing's student council, but Rumi seems uninterested in that matter.
She first appeared as a side character in the Plum Blossom Garden side story, before making her official appearance as the main protagonist of the "Ryubu Doushu" side event, where her restaurant was accused of stealing "ten-thousand-year ginseng" by the Xuanlong Office. In the main story, she briefly appeared as a supporting protagonist in the second chapter of the final volume, "Where All Miracles Begin".

A chef at heart, Rumi is always filled with ideas in making cuisines of various cultures and traditions. She often experiments with her style of cooking, but rumors say her experiments should be avoided at all costs. She loves cooking and is often seen cooking for others. She's always positive and lively when around others, even with her rivals at Xuanlong Office. However, spark a fuss against her outside business and she'll take matters into her own hands.
