Kikyou Kiryuu (桐生キキョウ in Japanese) is one of the characters in the 2021 roleplay game Blue Archive who studies at Hyakkiyako Alliance Academy and wields a Sniper Rifle. She is a member of the Hyakkaryouran Conflict Resolution Council, a sort of disciplinary committee for Hyakkiyako, handling problems by mediating the two or more parties involved.
Kikyou appeared as one of the main protagonists during the first chapter of the fifth volume, "Hyakka Ryōran".
Personality
Hyakkaryouran's operational strategist, Kikyou, is a student who values reason more than intuition. As a strategist, her main focus during battle is ensuring her team's victory, composing various strategies to achieve victory. She is incredibly ruthless, especially in training and battle, not hesitating to take down her enemy. Behind her ruthlessness however, she cares deeply for her allies, prioritizing their safety before their battle's victory. She can also be sort of clingy towards certain people.

Increases ATK every 30 sec for 20 sec. Accumulates 1 Fuurinkazan stack (Up to 3 stacks). Consumes all stacks and decreases the EX-Skill Costs of all allies excluding self by 1 upon accumulating 3 stacks (The cost decrease for each EX-Skill lasts for 1 use).
