Tomoe Sashiro (佐城トモエ in Japanese) is one of the characters in the 2021 roleplay game Blue Archive who studies at Red Winter Federal Academy and wields a Sniper Rifle. She is the right-hand of the Red Winter Office, the student council of Red Winter. She mostly assists Red Winter's president Cherino Renkawa in her day-to-day activities, such as napping and pudding eating.
She first appeared as the supporting protagonist of the "Ivan Kupala the Revolution" side event due to the president being overthrown by Marina Ikekura, a fellow member of the Red Winter Office. She's also a supporting antagonist of the "Operation Record of No. 227 Hot Spring Resort" side event, supporting Cherino who was attempting to purge an unauthorized hot spring before ending up enjoying it. Later, she reappeared in the "Moonlight Dreams" side story, where she was invited for an exchange meeting with Shanhaijing. In the main story, she briefly appeared as a supporting protagonist in the second chapter of the final volume, "Where All Miracles Begin".
Personality
The right-hand of the Red Winter Office who knows essentially everything about the president Cherino. Her sole purpose is to assist Cherino in everything she does, be it napping, or other activities Cherino is partaking in. Other than being a Cherino supporter, she is also very skilled in the arts of propaganda. Her way with words is super convincing that nearly everyone who listens to her speeches will believe her, even when they know what she's saying isn't true. Though thankfully, she doesn't abuse this power and only uses it when it's for Cherino or when it's truly needed. Even with that in mind, she's still quite a helpful person, especially in regards to anything Cherino.
Increases CRIT.DMG, CRIT.R, and MOVEMENT SPD, but decreases Normal Attack RANGE for allies in a round-shaped area for 30 sec.

Introduction
This is the outfit Tomoe wore during the Moonlight Dreams side event, where she and the Red Winter Office were invited to Shanhaijing. This is an incredibly rare occasion, for Shanhaijing is known to be quite seclusive from outside schools, but they chose to invite Shanhaijing. Of course, some Shanhaijing students were not accepting of this decision, but Tomoe enjoyed her visit there.
Moves up to 5 allies or enemies within a round-shaped area to a designated location. Casts a percentage of HEAL as a BARRIER for 25 sec and grants 1 Flyer stack for each ally (max 1) for 35 sec and decreases DEF for each enemy for 25 sec.
