V-Create is a Fire-type move introduced in Generation V. It is one of Victini's signature moves, along with Searing Shot.

Description

BW B2W2	With a hot flame on its forehead, the user hurls itself at its target. It lowers the user's Defense, Sp. Def, and Speed stats.
XY ORAS SM USUM SwSh LA	With a hot flame on its forehead, the user hurls itself at its target. This lowers the user's Defense, Sp. Def, and Speed stats.
BDSP	This move can't be used. It's recommended that this move is forgotten. Once forgotten, this move can't be remembered.
SV	The user emits a hot flame from its forehead and hurls itself at the target to inflict damage. This also lowers the user's Defense, Sp. Def, and Speed stats.

Effect

V-create deals damage. It also lowers the user's Defense, Special Defense, and Speed by one stage each and slightly damages allies on either side of the user in double and triple battles.

Trivia

V-create has the highest base power of any Fire-type move.
V-create has the highest base power of non-sacrifice moves (such as Self Destruct and Explosion).
Currently, only Victini and Rayquaza can learn this move, and only by events. However, Smeargle is also able to learn this move by using Sketch.
This move could be do to the fact that Victini has V shaped ears.
This is the only move that lowers the user's Defense, Sp.Def., and Speed stats.
