The Declasse Impaler SZ is a 4-door sedan appearing in Grand Theft Auto Online as part of The Chop Shop update, released on February 22, 2024, during the Impaler SZ Week event.
Influence
The Impaler SZ is primarily based on the 1994–1996 Chevrolet Impala SS, specifically the 1995-1996 models, as evidenced by the side mirrors and the C-pillar. The chrome trim design around the vehicle, boot, and single exhaust are inspired by the Impala SS's base model, the fourth-generation Chevrolet Caprice. Furthermore, the design of the tail lights appears to be influenced by the 1989–1992 Infiniti M30, while the grille design may have taken cues from the Audi 80 (B4). Although the wheels resemble those of the Impala SS, they feature a six-spoke design that may have drawn inspiration from the Autec LM Technik wheels.
The interior reuses poltax interior, used in cars such as the Stanier and Police Cruiser, which itself is based on the 1994–1996 Impala's interior, with the gauges inspired by ones found in the sixth generation Honda Civic. The HVAC unit is directly taken from the 1993–1997 Mopar units (MPN 4596005), while the radio unit is the same as the 1998–2002 Delco radio unit used in Buick vehicles (MPN 10321328). The engine appears to be loosely modeled after the General Motors LS engines.

Oversights
- Any custom grille will be reverted to the stock version after the hood falls off.
- When opening all doors with the Interaction Menu, it can be seen that the rear doors are not attached to the body, making them appear floating in mid-air. This issue also occurs on the Cruiser variant.
- The Rockstar Games Social Club still lists the Impaler SZ in the Sedans class, despite its move to the Muscle class in the Bottom Dollar Bounties update.
