Sango

Sango ( (サン) () Sango) is a villager from Ishigami Village. She is the wife of Sho.

Appearance

Sango is a young woman with two long ponytails drawn forward, tied near the middle rather than at one of the ends. She has short, choppy bangs and upturned almond-shaped eyes. Her eyebrows are thin and arched. She has a small nose and no visible lips.

Like most women of the village, she wears her rope around her neck, wrapped twice. The rope itself is fairly thin. She also wears a deep-turquoise-coloured dress with short sleeves and a v-neck.

Personality

Sango is never shown speaking in neither the anime nor manga, and as such acts like the generic background character; reacting in the same way as the rest of the group.

Abilities and Skills

In the anime, Sango is shown washing clothes next to Azura.

Synopsis

Sango, along with the rest of the villagers thinks in unison that a man like Ginro cannot become Village Chief after hearing him describe his intentions. They celebrate Senku's victory but are quickly shocked by his next accidental win in the finals, as Chrome faints from his injuries.[3]

Throughout the anime she is shown helping out in the background, such as handing out bowls of ramen to the kids working on the gold thread for the cellphone.[4]

She also is there to give a teary sendoff to the people leaving on the Perseus toward Treasure Island, shocked by Ginro jumping off the cliff to swim after them.[5]
