Shirogane (
Appearance
Shirogane is a youthful-looking woman with shoulder-length blonde hair. Her bangs are swept over her left eye and rest across her cheek. Her eyes are quiet large, and down-turned at the ends, giving her a soft, motherly expression. Her eyebrows also similarly down-turned at the ends, with little variance in the thickness. Her mouth is relatively small with visible lips.
She wears a vibrant green dress with rope tied around the waist, that reaches past her knees. The neckline of the dress is quite plain, with a simple V-neck revealing some cleavage. She bears a very strong resemblance to her youngest son, Ginro.
Personality
Due to her few appearances, not much can be said about her personality.
At her introduction, she is shown sorting mushrooms with other women of the village, indicating that she is at least social.[2]
During the Grand Bout, she can be seen worried about the beating Kinro was getting from Magma, but despite her affiliation with her sons, she still was heavily against the idea of Ginro being Village Chief, suggesting her motherly biases are no greater than her common sense.[3]
During this time and also the celebrations following Senku taking the chief position, she can be seen alongside Tetsuken, her husband; naturally indicating that they are particularly close.[4]
Abilities and Skills
Foraging is the only activity she's been implied of participating in, right at her introduction. It's unknown which if any other skills she has.
Synopsis
Shirogane only appears during the second round of the Grand Bout while Ginro is fighting Senku. Along with several other villagers, she is shown giving the sentiment that Ginro should not be chief after he lists his sleazy plans for being village chief. [5]

Trivia
- Her name contains the kanji for White (白 Shiro) and Money (金 Kane) which together create "Platinum", continuing the theme of all the Ishigami villagers having the mineral-based names. Her name is a reference to the chemical element Platinum, with the elemental symbol Pt and the atomic number 78.
- Despite being her son, Shirogane is against Ginro becoming village chief due to his shameless statements during the fight with Senku.
