The Rumble fruit allows the user to control and manipulate electricity, and summon thunderstorms that deal a devastating blow.
Rumble is known as a versatile Blox Fruit for PvP due to its stun, damage, combo potential and movement ability. It's also considered a decent fruit for grinding because of its Elemental Reflex and large AoE. It is important to note that Rubber users are completely immune to Rumble, as in most real-life situations, rubber is an insulator of electricity. It is recommended to eat this fruit in the 3rd sea as eating it early can hinder you grinding process throughout the game and may give you a shadowed impression of the fruit.
The wielder is immune to all physical attacks (fighting style, sword, gun) from players unless the attacks are imbued with Aura. Against NPCs, this immunity applies unless they are of a higher level. This effect is only effective against non-boss enemies.

The user gathers thunderclouds to form a massive blue-black spherical bomb constructed entirely of lightning. Upon launch, the bomb gradually expands, inflicting constant damage and stunning any enemy caught within its gigantic hitbox before finally dissipating, the ground/area of impact is pushed aside into a circle. This move has among one of the largest hitboxes in the game. Similar to Flame's [V] move (awakened) but almost three times as large.

Electric Flash
30 Mastery 2,000

The user instantly dashes to the direction of their choice almost as if they are teleporting. While the ability had a negligible cooldown prior to its upgrade, it now requires charges to use. The user has three charges, with all charges replenishing every 12 seconds. Additionally, the dash attack has a small hitbox that inflicts minimal damage and a slight stun effect. The charge count is displayed on a GUI at the top of the screen.

Moves are very slow, meaning they require good prediction.
Long cooldown on all moves.
Bad for air combat.
Long start-up.
Easy to dodge.
Not recommended if the user wants a fruit with little to no startup.
Requires prediction to use in PvP.
No flight move, making it more difficult to travel to islands such as Upper Skylands
[Z] Rumble Dragon
Small hitbox.
Hard to hit.
[X] Sky Thunder
Cannot be used under a low roof.
[C] Sky Beam
Due to its long windup time and the fact that it forces the user to stay in one place, missing this move can make the user extremely vulnerable in PvP.
Near instant cooldown allows for increased unpredictability and mobility.
Can deal small tick damage upon dashing through a target, and drains an Instinct dodge upon making contact with a player. If their Instinct is not turned on, the damage will stun them for a brief period of time.
Unlike the unawakened version, this move can pass through walls.
Can be used to escape combos easily if used correctly.
Cons (Awakened)
General
Rubber users are immune to all Awakened Rumble attacks.
Requires prediction to use in PvP.
[Z] Lightning Beast
Slow speed.
[X] Thunderstorm
Cannot be used under a low roof. (Due to the roof blocking the thunderbolt, rendering this move useless.)
Can be completely dodged by Instinct if the enemy isn't standing on the ground or not directly hit.
Cannot be used in air well, as the bolts themselves do not deal damage, and the main damage comes from AOE explosions detonated on the ground (Or sometimes in the air)
[C] Sky Judgement
Cannot be used under a low roof. (Due to the roof blocking the thunderbolt, rendering this move useless.)
Can be punishable if missed. (Although end-lag is relative)
Can be dodged at the edge.
Does less damage than unawakened.
[V] Thunderball Destruction
Long start-up, though much faster than its unawakened version.
Can be punished if missed.
[F] Electric Flash
Must be recharged after three uses.
Notes
Rumble's X move "cannot" be used in any place with a roof or any kind of cover (buildings, Magma Admiral's volcano, etc). However, both can still work normally if the roof is high enough (such as the roof of the Factory). X was able to be used in places with a roof prior to Update 20 when it was changed to act like X.
Rumble has four moves and one movement ability. When awakened, the movement ability uses something called "Charges" when using it. Each charge takes ten seconds to recharge, and the teleports can be used instantaneously.
. This move surprisingly has a lower range than Flash Step.
Trivia
Rumble's raid is the only raid that takes the user to a different NPC than Mysterious Entity (only applies when fully awakened and having Pole (1st Form) at 180 or more Mastery).
If the user uses Rumble's [V] move on the big tree behind Diamond (Boss), the tree's parts will be flung very far. Sometimes they can end up in The Café.
This is the fourth most expensive Elemental fruit, the third being Blizzard, the second being Dough and the most expensive being Gas.
If the user holds Rumble's awakened [V] move and goes in first person and looks up at the ball, they'll see electric fireworks, but the orb will be invisible.
When using unawakened Rumble's [C] Sky Beam on the edges of the volcano at Magma Village, the steam/dust will be purple.
If the user holds Rumble’s [C] move, it will have a wider hitbox. If they hold Rumble's [V] Thunder Bomb, it will be thrown faster. This only applies to unawakened [V].
Rumble is generally recommended for sword, gun, or skill-building mains for its long stun duration and good mobility instead of Fruit mains because of the low damage.
Rumble is easy to use on mobile due to its AoE attacks. However, [X] and [V] may cause lag and [F] may be difficult to use.
Rumble battled with the Pain fruit to have an awakening in the Blox Fruits Discord server. Rumble won and then received an awakening.
If the user completely uses [F] Electric Flash(3/3) and spams its key until it recharges, they will get 1-2 extra teleports. (This only works if all the teleports are consecutive.)
The unawakened version of Rumble is used by the Lv. 575 boss, Thunder God. He uses [Z] Rumble Dragon and [X] Sky Thunder.
The Elite Pirate, Urban, uses the old version of Awakened Rumble. He uses [Z] Lightning Beast, [X] Thunderstorm and [V] Thunderball Destruction.
Rumble is the only fruit that does not display a full cooldown with its move [F] (Electric Flash).
