Gravity

Article
Combos

Allows the user to manipulate gravity, controlling the battlefield.
Description in Shop

Gravity is a Mythical Natural-type Blox Fruit that costs $ 2,500,000 or R$ 2,300 from the Blox Fruit Dealer.

A physical Gravity fruit can be obtained from defeating Tyrant of the Skies with a very low chance.

The Gravity fruit allows the user to control and manipulate the gravitational force in their environment, allowing them to control many elements in the battlefield, while also being able to cause powerful black holes, levitate rocks, control the gravitational force acting on the enemy and pull down meteors towards the earth, big and small.

Gravity is generally considered to be one of the best fruits for PvP due to its high-damaging abilities, large AoE, and generally inescapable moves as well as being spammable in some aspects due to its high damage and AoE [C] move and [V] move, along with its extremely long stuns, including a cutscene. Because of this, Gravity has a very high trade value, despite being the cheapest Mythical fruit. It also has incredible combo potential, along with good and consistent stuns, while its large and powerful attacks make this fruit very strong against many Beast-type fruits such as Buddha fruit and most notably Dragon.

Galactic Steps
Whenever the player uses Flash Step, a lingering gravitational effect appears, dealing minor damage if a target comes near the initial teleportation area. This passive is quite similar to Yeti passive but lasts shorter.
GravitationalStepsofForce
Gravitational Force
Upon unlocking and equipping the 3rd upgrade from the Admin Panel, Mysterious Scientist, a "Gravitational Force" meter will be shown above the user's moveset. The meter fills up only by doing damage with Gravity's moves, and it very slowly depletes when the user is not dealing damage for a few seconds. The meter doesn't affect the damage or range of the moves, but it enables the use of [C] and [V] ultimate moves after upgrading them and filling up a respective proportion of the meter.
GravitationalForce
Defensive Rift
Upon losing 20% of their health following usage of [F] Shooting Star's hold variant, the user will pulse and deal damage and knockback to nearby enemies while simultaneously flinging themselves. "Shooting Star" will be put on cooldown again. Using "Shooting Star" multiple times before the passive activates will increase damage.

  2. The user makes a swiping motion with their hand, creating a large gravitational sweep to the left, right, up and down. Upgraded version has higher damage and very high knockback.
  3. The user summons a meteor from beyond the skies, landing at the location of their cursor, dealing high damage. Upgraded version summons more meteors, dealing higher damage.

The user creates a large black hole in their hands, quickly releasing it in the direction of their cursor whilst pulling in enemies caught in its path. It then explodes, dealing substantial AoE damage. The black hole can be controlled using the cursor.
    • When held: The user uses 75% of their Gravitational Force meter to send a black hole into the sky, which starts absorbing matter and debris from the ground, pulling anyone unlucky enough to get caught in the pull. Once it has absorbed enough of the matter, the boulder will then expand under the pressure caused by the black hole and then explode, causing a very big explosion, after which chunks of debris will fall on the ground in a huge radius, dealing massive AoE damage alongside damage from the debris chunks.

    • Good for Terrorshark hunting, just fly up and shoot M1 down continuously.
    • Has a short cooldown, making this move spammable.
    • All Gravity's moves can be used whilst flying.

    Cons
    General
    • Hard to obtain.
    • Weak in air.
    • Cannot catch up with fast fruits/swords users. (for example: Light, Portal, etc.)
    • Relatively slower casting skills than other PvP fruits, making it easier for enemies to dodge the attacks.
    • Requires a certain amount of prediction.
    • Gravitational Shift completely overrides Draco and Human V4 flash step.
    • Has some end-lag.
    • High mastery requirement. (Even higher to unlock the upgrades)
    [TAP] Normal Attack
    • Mediocre range.
    • Fairly long cooldown relative to other [TAP] attacks.

    When Held (Upgraded):

    • Enemies cannot take damage from more than one meteorite.
    [Z] Singularity
    • Small range.
    • Might be difficult to hit outside of combos, relying on close combat.
    • Damage is slightly lower compared to the other moves.
    [X] Orbital Chain
    • The meteor's AOE is fairly small, making it decently hard to hit from a distance.
    • Although this move can be held infinitely, the accuracy, stun and damage of the move will gradually worsen after a few seconds of the move being held.
    [C] Gravitational Prison
    • Creates a window of vulnerability for the user.
    • Has large knockback.

    When Held (Upgraded):

    • User might be vulnerable to attacks while charging the skill.
    • High end-lag after releasing the skill.
    • Quite easy for the enemy to dodge with a teleportation move or a Flash Step.
    • User needs to have their Gravitational Force meter filled up to at least 75% in order to execute the held version.
    [V] Asteroid Crash
    • Long end-lag.
    • High start-up time (about a second).
    • Cannot be aimed in the sea.

    When Held (Upgraded):

    • User might be vulnerable to attacks while charging the skill.
    • Very high end-lag if missed.
    • Easy for the enemy to dodge with a teleportation move or a Flash Step.
    • User must have their Gravitational Force meter filled up to 100% in order to execute the held version.
    • User needs to be on the ground, otherwise the normal (tap) version will be performed instead.
    • Little to no combo potential.
    • Can't used held move when on flight
    [F] Shooting Star
    • Very predictable.
    • Not a very good way of transportation because of its slow travel speed.
    • Flight ends the moment the user gets hit by a move.
    • The user cannot use Fighting styles, Swords and Guns while in flight mode.

    Bugs

    • Gravity's [F] move, "Shooting Star" has a glitch when if flown onto the ground (in which it is stuck) can cause the move to automatically end.
    • Sometimes, when using a move while flying, the user will start to ragdoll.
    • In rare cases, while using Gravity's [F] move in water/sea, the user instantly dies due to an unknown glitch (It is recommended to use the [F] while staying out of water).
    • If you time the moment you get teleported to a raid island with the use of the [F] move you get flinged around the map and don't get teleported to the raid thus wasting the money/fruit.
    • If the user use other Gravity skills and then use the tap version of the Gravity Z, there's a chance that when the circle of the Z skill explode, a negative colors circle can appear, and will dissapear after 1-2 seconds. (Some users say that's the area of the circle looks like Dio´s The World ability).
