Abilities
Urban uses Awakened Rumble's [Z], [X] and [V] moves, and has Aura, which means he can bypass Elemental Reflex. A player can only hit him when they activate their own Aura, like other Elemental users.
Strategies
It is recommended to keep as great of a distance from him as possible, and to only attack in-between his moves. Instinct is not effective against him, as all of his moves stun the player and break Instinct. Rubber can also completely nullify his damage, making this fight trivial with it equipped.
