Chelsea (Japanese: 千代鈴木 Chiyo Suzuki) is a student in class 5-2 and a classmate to Nathan and Katie.
Physical traits
Appearance
Chelsea has short brown-red hair styled into a bob. She also has unique-looking eyes with large irises. She wears orange overall shorts with a yellow shirt and black, knee-length pants underneath, and has green shoes.
Personality
She is very kind to others and loves challenges. There are times though, when she can become pretty serious or strict, usually when there are things that need to be done. When something or someone's ideas don't make sense in her eyes, she gets confused and is usually a bit negative or unsure about it.
One of her favorite things to do is to draw things. She also enjoys listening to music.
Relationships
Sarah
She is good friends with Sarah. They are often seen hanging out together throughout the games and the anime series.
Katie
She and Katie are good friends, and are often seen along with Sarah as a trio in the anime as well.
History
Yo-kai Watch
Chelsea can be seen hanging by the art exhibit in the museum and asks the player if they're interested in museums as well.

Chelsea can be found in the lobby of the Excellent Tower, where she admits the tower is her favorite thing and thus hangs out there all the time.
She also plays a role in three requests involving her and Sarah, where the player is tasked to take photographs for their summer project.

She and Sarah can be found hanging around out inside Sunset Mall.
In the anime
Chelsea makes a small appearance in EP011, being invited to Katie's barbecue party and is seen hanging out with Katie and Sarah sometimes.
