Retinado (Japanese: おびすさま Obisu-sama) is a Boss Yo-kai introduced in Yo-kai Watch 2: Psychic Specters.

Biology
Retinado looks exactly like Eyeclone except he has red skin and a lime green wisp like hair atop his head. He also has lime green fingertips and earlobes and a white spiral on the face. His torso is cloaked in a light pink cloud and has eyes with yellow sclera and purple irises.
Profile
Retinado appears at the very end of Bony Spirits Way. This dungeon can be reached by linking Yo-kai Watch 2: Psychic Specters with Yo-kai Watch 2: Bony Spirits. Talk to Mr. E outside the abandoned house and he will give you the Boar Key. Reach the ramp on Mystery Way and talk to Arachnus. Retinado awaits at the end of Bony Spirits Way.
Game data
Punch - Punches a Yo-kai for high damage.
Take a Peek - Uses one of his hand’s eyes to glare at a Yo-kai, which either lowers their STR or SPR. Cannot be used if both hands are shattered.
Lowering Warning - Attacks the front row with the Ice attribute. Cannot be used if his right hand (the player’s left) is shattered.
Rising Warning - Attacks the front row with the Fire attribute. Cannot be used if his left hand (the player’s right) is shattered.
Warning Zone - Attacks the front row with the Wind attribute. Cannot be used if his main eye is shattered.
Spin Cycle - Retinado’s Soultimate Move. Attacks the front row with a strong Wind-attribute attack. The player will know that it’s coming from the lightning in the background.
Etymology
Its name is a portmanteau of "retina" and "tornado."
