Isabel (Japanese: 星風キララ Hoshikaze Kirara) is a student from Hailey Anne's class 5-1. She is a wealthy and refined girl.

Biology
Isabel is a girl around the same age as Hailey Anne. She has long curly dirty blond hair with a tidal blue bow and brown eyes. Her usual outfit is a blue shirt with a white collar with the same tidal blue bow but small on the collar, a white skirt, eggplant purple leggings, and white shoes.
Her personality tends to change on whether or not she is around Chloe and Sydney. When she is not around them, she can be surprisingly nice to others. While she is with them, she usually holds herself back, to let the two friends speak for her. Usapyon emphatically takes note of this.

Isabel is on friendly terms with Hailey Anne. Albeit only when her two friends aren't with her.
Chloe and Sydney
They idolize Isabel to the point of following her to most places. They both spend their time to talk to others about how "totally awesome" or "amazing" Isabel (even when their facts are not necessarily true) is. Isabel herself usually has vague reactions on those "facts".

Yo-kai Watch 3
She initially appears in Chapter 2: A Rocket Full of Hope. She shows up outside the Breezy Hills apartments with Chloe and Sydney. She can normally be found in the second floor of the Gourd Pond Museum along with Sydney and Chloe.
During the quest "Isabel's Date with Disaster!", Isabel has inexplicably fallen in love with Logan, which frustrates Chloe and Sydney. It is eventually revealed that Logan was inspirited by Ballin, who attracts wealth for people it inspirits. After being defeated, Ballin inspirits Hailey, which causes Isabel to make an advance on her, freaking out everyone.
She has a minor role in the request "Jessica & The Mysterious Blue Cat", where she is one of the people Nyanses II wants a hug from. She notes that she doesn't have much experience with animals. Nyanses II notes that her wealth is attractive, but her hugs are terrible.

- In Yo-kai Watch: Wibble Wobble, her localized name was revealed to be Crystal Starr before Isabel was revealed.
- Crystal is still her name in the French version of Yo-kai Watch 3, though.
- She is the president of her class, as revealed in episode 139.
