Chapter 63 is the sixty third chapter of Weak Hero. It is the 3rd chapter of Season 2.
Synopsis
The homeroom teacher of Class 1-1 announces that they have a new student. Rowan introduces himself. He thinks that during the Hyeongshin fight, it seems like Eunjang works well together and some of them even try to study. He thinks the atmosphere has changed quite a bit, but immediately denies it due to everyone in the classroom having a “Let me show you who's boss” vibe.
The reason Rowan is unusually quiet is because Phillip Kim is in his class. Phillip Kim, as the only Union member from Eunjang, is quite well known in the Shuttle Patch. Rowan recognizes Teddy from Ben Park’s Gang and thinks there’s no reason for him to be intimidated as he confidently walks to the back to take a seat.
On the way to cram school, Rowan tells Eugene that he thinks he got put in the worst class. Eugene recalls Phillip being in Rowan’s class and thinks he’d also have had it bad if Gray hadn’t been in his class. Eugene and Rowan want to talk about the White Mamba making it on the Shuttle Patch Rankings but know that Gray isn't interested in those kinds of things and don’t want to annoy him.
Gray asks how long Rowan was in Australia and Rowan answers three years. Rowan tells him that he learned English by repeating what they say on TV series. Eugene is surprised that Gray is asking questions first. Rowan thinks Gray was impressed by his finishing elbow blow, but in reality Gray is just taking notes on English. The only weakness to Gray’s Korean style of learning is speaking. As Eugene and Rowan head inside their classroom, Rowan tells them to not wait for him later because he has to check some emails from Australia so he’ll hit a PC Cafe.
Rowan and Eugene sees Toby studying hard and they realize that he’s a homework shuttle. After cram school, Rowan is at the PC Cafe and is annoyed by some students nearby who are very loud. He notices Toby still doing the other students’ homework. Jared arrives and says that it’s time to go so the group leaves.
In an alley, the Ganghak bullies are taking turns playing rock, paper, scissors and beating up Toby. Rowan approaches them and asks what they’re doing. Jared claims that they’re just talking to a friend but Rowan points out that they’re obviously harassing Toby. Jared asks if Rowan knows who he is but Rowan doesn’t and tells them to let Toby go. Jared tells Toby to leave and as Rowan is walking away, Jared asks his name.
