Rinka is one of the characters of pop'n music Sunny Park. She is part of the Tsugidoka! team, manipulating the element of Nature. In pop'n music ラピストリア, she becomes one of the main characters who investigate the mysterious deduction of Pop-kuns, and uses her purification abilities with her pink heart-faceted Lapis.
Profile
The girl who manipulates flowers. She seems to be in love with Nyaguwa, who is the mascot from GITADORA.
In the events of pop'n music ラピストリア, Rinka arrives at Lapistoria, created by MZD, where she helps her older brother, Taiga.
Rinka is a sweet, polite young girl who has a positive look. She likes things considered feminine, such as fashion, makeup, otome games, desserts and sweet drinks. She also likes making new friends as shown; where she first met Toa. Rinka uses her nature manipulation against the sinister. She's almost always happy and loves gardening and uses her abilities to create gardens.

I'm supporting PON in front of the Pop'n Team staff, even though I'm mistaken here, so I'm rooting for 96!!!
All of 96 in a one-line comment that was at the start of Tsugidoka has been expressed by me.
Which one shall I choose: do I want to draw the "burst" or not?
On the other hand, this kind of mood is the opposite for 96 fans, and it came out with an explosion!!
The female vocals are no doubt cute,
I have no idea where and which part do these two sing with a perfect pitch!
As the boys from Tsugidoka only fight against each other, she became very beautiful thanks to these two.
She has to be this way for sure!
Rinka, was the earth element from the start! And it was placed in order, but because the selected song was flowery and glittery,
I shifted the character into the flower attribute (is it not?) where flowers flutter, making them dreamy and dyed in pink.
Rinka is so cute when she's about to pout. (Because I still don't know!)
Plus she loves Nyaguwa (All thanks to the GITADORA team!)
And it's okay for her to be frozen in a block of iceof ice. (sound of something glimmering!)
I crammed in a lot of charm that the other 3 characters don't have!

Appearance
華恋ロック
Rinka is described as a female in Chinese descent with indigo eyes and black, shoulder lengthened hair with braided strands on her side bangs. On her hair are some light pink flower-themed hairclips, which act like hair buns. Her vestments is themed to be a Chinese design; Rinka wears a dress with blue highlights on the bottom and on her torso. Her skirt is parted with a velvet magenta hue, decorated in yellow four-petaled flowers. She has white bangles worn on her wrists and on her ankles. Rinka wears blue stockings and velvet flats, and mainly wields a yellow paper fan. Her debut design is used again for Everlasting Last from pop'n music Lively.
Rinka's 2P color palette thuds a sakura, or cherry blossom, color scheme. Rinka's hair color changes to a light salmon color, while her eyes are light brown. Her dress and shoes are altered a berry pink color, while her entire vestments are plainly white. Her 2P color palette is also used for Sakura Sunrise, which appears in the same game as her debut song.
As for her 3P color palette, Rinka has light brown hair and indigo violet eyes. Her overall outfit is a cerulean teal dress, lilac purple stockings, and a yellow top piece. The hand fan Rinka carries is also lilac purple, and her wrist bracelets and hair flowers are also yellow.
Realize Maze
Rinka has pink flower-themed hairbands that are securing her pigtails while she gains her new vestments, such as a white vest with pink, puffy sleeves, light blue highlights and a yellow 4-pedaled flower on the center. She wears a pink skirt, a yellow bow on the back of her waist, some gray stockings and yellow pumps with white bottom linings. This design would later be used for 謎情の雫 ft. Kanae Asaba from pop'n music UniLab.
In her FEVER! Win animation, her flashback self was shown as a child; wearing a white blouse dress with a yellow bow on the chest and a pink bow on the back. She also wears matching shoes with white socks.
Rinka's 2P recolors her hair into a honeydew color instead of black. Rinka's entire apparel is colored purple, especially her eyes and additional to a lavender color in the rest of it. The flower accessories are colored white. Her lapis is green instead of her pink color scheme. Her color palette appears again in 曼珠沙華 from the same game.

In her change card for the fist time, Rinka wears a kimono inspired dress; showing pastel colors of pink, yellow and lilac with white flower printing. She also a bouquet of flowers in her hair whilst having bows at the end of her braids. This only appears in the Pop'n Music うさぎと猫と少年の夢 vol. 1 card collection.

Etymology
Rinka (鈴花?) can be divided into 鈴 and 花. 鈴 translates into "bell", while 花 simply translates into flower. Rinka's name roughly translates to "bell flower".
Trivia
General
- Like three of the four Tsugidoka characters, Rinka represents Spring.
- In the PON no Unmei Jouka Keikaku (PONの運命浄化計画?) event, Rinka represents GITADORA.
- Rinka's birthdate is identical to Anna's and Sugi★kun's.
- Rinka shares the pink heart lapis with Minit's.
- ✿σ▽σ) means that Rinka gets her own emoticon in the pop'n music Twitter page.
- Her birthplace, the Chugoku Region, is located in Japan, despite Rinka and her brother both having a Chinese atmosphere to them.
- As stated by her designer, Chihiro Inoue, Rinka was going to be designed to manipulate the element of earth, but after listening to 恋閃繚乱, her attribute was changed to the flower element. The earth element is then taken by her older brother in one game later.
