Sail is one of the characters from Pop'n Music: Usagi to Neko to Shounen no Yume.

The character is a good, water-born child, because there was a song from the sea area in Navi's journey; and that character is Sail, created from this idea I took out. Of course, she's that little!
I did some work, while listening to the demo, at the time I jotted down the ideas for her character and animations, and yet I was able to hear the sounds climbing up more and more, like easily pushing forward at the center of the ocean, and like the depths of the ocean. However, the title is maybe "Siren"...! The kid playing some pretty music in here isn't a bad kid, regardless that she was mentally prepared, no no! And I went on to take out my ideas.
As a result, I've read m@sumi's comment that says that he combines "sail" and "siren"; this had been locked up by "siren" from the point of time of writing ideas in perfection!! I have that kind of emotion!
It was perilous for reality, which was a good thing for pop'n, so it didn't sink completely.
There's a belief that I'm sure that Sail was swimming and chanting when she felt down or was in a bad mood, and that's how that character happened.
She was isolated at sea, left behind while she is doing something before she knew it.
But when Sail is here, the illusional boat in Navi's journey wasn't prettily hidden for her to become complete without being disturbed by humans.
Great idea for Navi, Mimi, and Nyami to encounter and be good friends with Sail, who reserved to come and follow them! Please get along with her well, okay?
I want her to make some friends, as there are lots and lots of sea children that exist in pop'n! Be careful with her animations by all means, because there are so many characters here.

Appearance
Sail is a submarine-esque dragon with pastel, green skin and blue eyes. She has pink pink-blue sections on her tummy, fins and tail and a yellow seashell on top of her head.
Sail's 2P gives her pale red skin, brownish red eyes and violet-pink sections.
