Elenoa arrives in the present from the future, that is corrupted and dominated by robots. In pop'n music ラピストリア, Elenoa plays a supporting role in the main story, where she cooperate with Weiss and Black to rid the Lapis Pollution and its origin. She wields a white, pear-shaped Lapis.

Before I got out and made her animations, I've been told by shio, "Would it be amazing if the recoils of her gun will be sensed?", and I thought what's inside my mind, "Ugh, there's so many hurdles to face!"; but because I hate giving up, I tried my damnest to make that possible. That's the reason why her blade is a bunch of live bullets, even though it's a lightsaber...It looks like her laser gun is nimble in reaction, no?
She keeps on fighting alone in devastated grounds above, in the near future where robots dominated the world and blue skies vanished...
She has facial expressions that carry tension, but her smile that is casually visible at the end of her battle is cute...Sooo~, that was the best part!
She wears lightweight clothing to rush through to battle in a futuristic city! She looks irritated, but both her sexiness and strength can definitely coexist!

Elenoa has orange eyes and red, neck-length hair with blunt bangs. She wears a white mini dress with matching gloves and boots. She wears dark grey, thigh-length pantyhose, a black scarf around her neck, and carries a pistol. Her original palette is confirmed again in 戦場のアップデート, from pop'n music ラピストリア, and ゴールデンハート ft. Kimberley Nutbey from pop'n music うさぎと猫と少年の夢.
Elenoa has periwinkle hair that matches her eye color, along with a slightly intense skin tone on her 2P alteration. Her is dress is now pale-dark mauve, her stockings are walnut brown, and the rest of her attire is white. This palette also makes an appearance in Stylus from pop'n music Lively.

Etymology
- Elenoa could possibly be a misspelled version of Eleanor, an old French of English name meaning "shining light". Coincidentally, the name Elenoa happens to be a Polynesian variant of Eleanor.
