Bit, also stylized as BIT, is one of the characters from pop'n music TUNE STREET.
Profile
Bit is described as a imperative, energetic, young boy. He was originated as a geeky/otaku and middle school student in America (Cupertino, California) that love games and Japanese animation, specially laser tag. The more he focuses on the virtual game's special training, the less he focuses on his school work.

I selected a mischievous boy from an idea notebook, because it's a cool, battle-themed song. The parka with horns and the bear camouflage are the main points for him. As his movements slipped from my mind, I timidly asked the animation director "...is this good?"...and it got canned. I'm really sorry.
The design itself is originally a kid I drew here in the KONAMI's in-service work and study I've joined to be honest. I got too tired.

Perhaps I made the imprints move for this boy if we're speaking about the cyber aesthetic, as anime that was categorized as Japanimation at that time is way too cool. That time went round and round, as I came towards the real STUDIO4 ℃ and asked them a favor; I feel a strange connection to them. But it was an awesome thing to drive home with!
So, Bit is an American geek, a thing that is my establishment; but without separating the meaning of it, it seems like he likes to carry items that are "made in JAPAN" from somewhere thanks to his love for Japanese anime and video games. He got line symmetry. And he's from a northern junior high school.
His helmet is proof that he's the only child who transferred to a school to be allowed to ride his bicycle from at least 2 km. The printed mark that says "Northern Junior High" is selected as second year! I was a bit envious from getting a feeling about it.

Appearance
Bit takes the form of a pale-skinned boy; according to Bit's geeky and upbeat appearance, he wears blindfold goggles with 3-D-inspired lens (the right part is marked by a target), and wields a futuristic pistol and strap bag. Bit's attire is a blue, camouflaged jacket with diminutive horns on his hood. Underneath his hood is his lime-colored bicycle helmet with a caption of "Northern Junior High School" (北中?). He wears gray shorts and boots with the same color as his helmet. His original palette is recycled in virtual killer from pop'n music うさぎと猫と少年の夢, and 無頼ック自己ライザー from pop'n music peace.
In his 2P color palette, his re-color consists of a green camouflage color of his coat, a yellow color of his helmet and boots, and a lighter hue of gray on his pants. His 2P color palette is confirmed in ATTRACTION!, from pop'n music Sunny Park and BLSTR from pop'n music peace.

General
- Bit's birthdate is identical to Chip's, Elemen's, and Green's.
- Bit is revealed to be left handed, as of his animations.
- Shio, Bit's designer, said that she remembered that the character appeared in LOGIC DASH from Beatmania 5th MIX. The song had not been explicitly noted in her character info section for him, as she just said that he appeared in 5thMIX's losing animation.[2]
- Fans insisted that Bit has a twin named "Bite", which is his 2P color scheme, though the namesake is not official in any Pop'n game.
- There are early designs of Bit and Elenoa in Cosine's concept design gallery from pop'n music 14 FEVER!.
- The "Northern Junior High School" (北中?) print on his helmet is absent from all of his animations.

- Bit and Cosine appear on Hime Jouro's FEVER! and FEVER! Win animations on pop'n music うさぎと猫と少年の夢, where they were about to be heckled by her.
