Octave, also stylized as OCTAVE, is one of the characters from pop'n music 11.

I pretty much had twists and turns to settle down for the final design of this train conductor.
With the song's theme of a "train (journey)", I was thinking about a handsome young man traveling with just a rucksack for my initial idea, because it was a perfect sensation for a time to journey alone, and to be swayed on train; but I slowly derailed myself by scribbling someone like a train übermensch with bulging muscles for some reason en route (he doesn't fit the song!).
So, I've decided to draw someone who is slenderly designed as a station attendant from the galactic railroad, keeping a cool head a little.
I don't consider anything to be so serene.

Appearance
Octave is designed to be a humanoid alien, born with lavender-gray skin and bright red eyes. His clothing of choice is a pale, periwinkle blue station attendant uniform, consisting of a tall hat with a natural-cyan strap and a round yellow ornament, a long coat with a cyan highlight on the center and neck section, and white gloves. Octave rarely carries a pink gadget with chiffon yellow highlights, what seems to be a flashlight maybe. His original design also makes an appearance in station CRUX from pop'n music peace.
Octave's 2P color palette has a light gold yellow skin complexion and dark blue eyes. His uniform is mainly off-white with a shade of honeydew green. The highlights of his wardrobe is chartreuse green, but the rest of his design maintain their colors from his original palette.
