A Potion is an item introduced in Generation I.
Effect
A Potion heals 20 HP of a Pokémon. It has no effect on a fainted Pokémon.
Description
Potions are one of the most common items in the core series. It has a few variations, each restoring more HP than the previous: Super Potion, Hyper Potion, and Max Potion.
One is in the player's PC at the start of various games, possibly making a Potion the first item to be obtained in the game.
