Aquacorde Town is a town located in north of Vaniville Town.
Here, Tierno lets the player choose his/her starter Pokémon: Chespin, Fennekin or Froakie. Shauna will pick one whose type is weak to the player's and his/her rival will choose the one whose type is strong against the player's. Trevor will give the player the Pokédex. Tierno also gives the player a letter from Professor Sycamore to the player's mother.
In Aquacorde Town, there are two shops; one sells Poké Balls and another sells Potions. There is no Pokémon Center; however, there is a building beside the potion shop in which your Pokémon can rest.
