Profile

Dr. Toadley, unlike most Toads, wears a purple robe around his entire torso and head. He has a mask around his mouth, and yellow earrings hanging from his ears.

Mario & Luigi: Bowser's Inside Story

During the top Mushroom Kingdom officials meeting to discuss the Blorbs, Dr. Toadley sends a representative, who ends up leaving the before Bowser inhales everyone. He is later seen at Toadley Clinic when Mario and Luigi arrive there to take down the blockade in front of Princess Peach's Castle. He sends them on a mission to find the Star Cures and ultimately the Miracle Cure.

Mario & Luigi: Superstar Saga + Bowser's Minions

Dr. Toadley appears in the revamped version of Mario & Luigi: Superstar Saga, replacing the role of Psycho Kamek.

Mario & Luigi: Bowser's Inside Story + Bowser Jr.'s Journey

Dr. Toadley has the same role in this game as he does in the original.
