The gown is a pale blue gown with a white collar at the neck, and it turns its wearer into a partially visible apparition-like form. The gown is one of Professor E. Gadd's inventions, and he introduces it at Starbeans Cafe. However, Luigi, having a fear of ghosts, vacuums E. Gadd up into the Poltergust 3000.
