Sniper Bill

Sniper Bills are a variant of Bullet Bill and an enemy in Mario & Luigi: Superstar Saga and its Nintendo 3DS remake Mario & Luigi: Superstar Saga + Bowser's Minions. Sniper Bills hold a gun that resembles a Super Scope to attack Mario and Luigi. They have brown arms with maroon fingerless gloves. They assist Boos and Magikoopas in battle, but cannot be found in the overworld.

Attack Pattern

Sniper Bills attack by firing regular Bullet Bills from their Super Scope at the Bros., then attempt a headlong ramming attack. The target will be surrounded by the attack cursor. If the scope is small, the regular Bullet Bill strikes first, with the Sniper Bill lagging behind. If the scope is large, the Sniper Bill will overtake the Bullet Bill as it flies at the target. Sniper Bills can be countered by jumping on them, causing them to "walk" back to the other side of the battlefield. A Sniper Bill subjected to the Thunderhand takes more damage than normal, but the enemy is healed by fire damage. Stat downs from Thunder Bros. are guaranteed, while Cyclone Bros.has a 30% chance per hit to stun the enemy.

Sniper Bills are Level 40 enemies who have 80 hit points, an attack power of 120, a defense of 145, and a speed of 110, giving 80 experience and dropping 10 Coins and potentially an ultrasyrup jar.
