Designbombs are species of Bob-ombs who only appear in Mario & Luigi: Superstar Saga. As the inventions of a fashionista named Harhall, they are used in "Splart", which Harhall invented at his studio to design outfits. Designbombs have propellers on top of their bodies and use them to fly. Their bodies can be red, yellow, blue, or white, with the former three being plain and the lattermost coming in striped, checkerboard, and dot-covered varieties. The red, yellow, and blue ones dye shirts with their colour while the white ones add patterns to the shirt based on their bodies' outward appearance.
History
Mario and Luigi, needs to dye the clothes to earn the Beanstar piece. So the color and patterned Designbombs were used to create clothes, each of the colors and patterns were chosen by Harhall. After completing his quests, Harhall promised to give them the Beanstar piece.
