Paulo Barbosa is a character available for the Highwaymen in XDefiant. Paulo was first added in Season 2.
Background
Paulo has created many different stories for himself of his origins before joining the Highwaymen. His origin stories include being a professional poker player, an undercover narcotics agent in Brazil, the mascot for the Washington D.C. Daggers, and a villain in a telenovela.
In reality, Paulo is a grifter, specializing in using his brutish personality for his scams. He is known as being vain, cocky, obnoxious, and a loudmouth. Paulo prefers to deal damage in the simple point-and-shoot method, forgoing nuance and strategy.
