Tiana Kersey is a character available for the Cleaners in XDefiant.

Background

Kersey was born and raised in Queens by her grandparents, after her parents died in a car accident. Kersey chose not to dwell on this tragedy, seeking a career that would make her family proud. Kersey became the youngest biologist in New York City's water treatment department. Kersey took satisfaction in this job, being provided union benefits and helping improve the lives of others while improving her own. Kersey eventually found a fiancée amongst her life in the city.

Once the release of the Green Poison shut down New York City, Kersey's fiancée was amongst one of the first victims of the virus. Kersey's psyche was hit hard by this loss, and reasoned that the virus had to be stopped at all costs. She eventually joined the Cleaners, after reconciling that their approach to burn the virus was the only sensible action to take.
