Nova López is a character available for the Highwaymen in XDefiant. Nova was first added in Season 2.
Background
Nova does not remember a time before her association with the Highwaymen. She would ask others she comes across where she came from and who her parents were, always receiving different answers. The story she has made to fill the gaps is that she toddled out of Beartooth Mountain into a Highwaymen camp.
In the early years of her involvement with the Highwaymen, Nova was bait for ambush attacks against other survivors from her team members. Nova slowly grew into other roles, becoming a scavenger, weapon maker, hunter and killer. Nova has ambitions to lead the group, even thinking of dispatching its current leader to create a vacancy.
