K136 Kooryong

K136 Kooryong (구룡/九龍, meaning "Nine Dragons") is a South Korean MLRS that appears in Wargame: Red Dragon.

History

This was the first extended MLRS for the South Korean Army with a 130mm multiple rocket system. It was mainly built to counter North Korean BM-21. It was built in 1986 with Daewoo Heavy Industries in charge of production and Hanwha developing the rockets. The Philippines peeked interest and asked the South Korean government to transfer some to the Filipino Army's new MLRS Battalions in their artillery regiments. After a delay in 2020, the batteries were transferred in 2021 and are expected to be operational by this month, this year.

These were used in the Corp Artillery MLRS Battalions.
