Titans (
Appearance
Titans resemble humans with a very bulky and muscular build, albeit much larger. The size of those observed so far varies from 5 to over 20 meters.[1][2] Their body is covered in a lot of body hair, especially on their legs or back. They have very pronounced brow ridges and powerful jaws with exposed muscle-like parts.
Characteristics
Their defining trait is their bloodthirsty and malevolent nature. They will attack anything that appears in front of them. Braginte notes that for the Titans, allowing even a few people to remain alive is rare and only happens when they come across something interesting.[3][4] When Riam was using the full power of her Mind-Calming Magic: Magic Therapy, they casually killed Shoks and Shigeru, showing that even in a tranquil state of mind, violence just comes naturally to them.[5] It's also noted that the Titans seem to be much more violent than even Demons.[6]
Titans are generally mindless and act without much forethought, preferring to violently attack whatever is in front of them without strategy and speaking in a very crude dialect.[3] The only exception shown so far is Berser, who behaves with much more grace and refinement compared to his Titan brethren.
Despite their violent attitudes towards other species, Titans appear to be very closely knit with one another. Ginbak has shed tears for his sons and cares about them despite his temperamental attitude. When the Lawless humans held a baby Titan hostage in front of two Titans searching for the child, the Titans decided to become their slaves in exchange for the baby's life, demonstrating the lengths they will go for their brethren.[7]
Their hearts can be ground into a powder and compressed into pills known as the super supplement "Red". These pills can explosively boost one's physical abilities, at the cost of a significant burden on the user's body, a characteristic presumably derived from a similar transformation the Titans can undergo using the organ.[8]
Titans live in desolate mountainous areas. Though they haven't displayed signs of a civilization on the same level of complexity as modern humans, they are capable of speech, move in groups, make simple flags, clothes, weapons (primarily clubs) and cages, placing them at around the early Stone Age when it comes to technology.
Titans are known to leave 'mountains of flesh', composed of any living thing they come across, in their wake. These are actually their markings which they leave behind as a straightforward way to inform other creatures that they are in the vicinity of their territory.[9]
Overall Strength
The strength of a titan likely varies by size and hierarchy. They don't rely on any magical ability but rather raw strength and durability. They usually bring a club or a spear, but their weapon usage is mostly simple swinging. The titan spotted by Hallow effortlessly runs through buildings and walls without any injury and is unaffected by laser weapons from The Mecha Ordinance and Fog Magic from Zaybi, merely using his breath to blow away the latter. He can casually punch Hallow and leave a crater on the ground underneath, as well as jump over a valley dozens of meters wide.[10] A titan requires dozens of low-ranking demons to take down.[11] Likewise, dozens of Neo-Humans working in sync are required in order to take down Titans.[12] The enlarged catfish of Nature are capable of overpowering and consuming Titans while seemingly causing them to run away in terror.[13]
The group of Titans that the human negotiation party encounters are all practically unaffected by Jupit's Cosmic Laser Beam.[14] After Braginte consumes the super supplement "Red" and boosts his abilities to be on-par with the Titans, they casually toy with him and kill him in only a few exchanges, treating it like a fun workout.[15] When it comes time to chase the magically gliding humans down a slope, they kept roughly the same pace and one even tumbled down the entire way unharmed.[16]
Taking most things at ease, they can still trivially destroy walls and toss around cars, but when faced with something recognized as an enemy unlike humans, the Titans take things a step further. Beating on their chest and yelling, their hearts lead to a transformation which increases their muscle mass, strength, and speed by a significant amount.[17] This process is enough of a boost to hit a child of a species of which had easily dodged their blows before, and destroy the ground around their feet with every strike. Seeing as one was taken down before without the characteristic appearance, it's possible that not every Titan can use this ability.

History
Introduction Arc
When Zaybi, Hallow, Panepane, Keila, Olly, and Patro, uses the magic circles to gather the scattered refugees in the world, they encounter a Titan in a area belonging to Disastrous Metropolis. Initially they think it was a person, but corrected themselves when they realize his massive size and the fact he was eating a human corpse. Seeing the six party team, the Titan turns away from a small family he was menacing and focused his attention on them. Keila and her two soldiers from the Anti-Machine Combat Force try to kill the creature, but find their firearms are useless. The Titan attacks the team with a blow of his fist, which is blocked by Hallow. Zaybi then uses fog magic to blind the Titan, giving the team time to gather the family to escape. The Titan though simply blew the magic away with a simple breath and began to pursue them through the ruined city, wanting to play "tag".
The team and the refugees manage to escape across a chasm in the road and into the area of Nature. However, the Titan simply jumps across the gap, finally catching up to them. Before the Titan could attack them, giant moles appear from the ground and attack the giant creature. The Titan is busy fighting the moles and a larger specimen, allowing the party to escape back to their base.[18]
In the meeting of the gathered refugees from the thirteen worlds, Pakkya, serving as a representative from the Titan's Crown briefly explains the Titans being his world's Natural Enemy, how they were huge, violent and did what they wanted. And also despised and enslaved humanity.[19]
Somewhere in a canyon of the new merged world, a small contingent of Demons managed to take down a single Titan.[20] The victory was short-lived as soon the Demons realized that they were surrounded by a tribe of Titans.[21]
Later, Major General Glasp arrives at the meeting of human refugees with the other soldiers. He reveal that the Second Branch base was attacked by an unknown force, Titans, that wiped out several thousand soldiers leading to the Anti-Machine Combat Force as a military to be officially dissolved.[22]
Titans vs The Neo-Humans Arc
The Titans are later seen bashing many giant moles in their territory, tossing their bloody corpses into a giant mound before heading out to another location.[23]
When Hallow, Keila and Ario return to the meeting room while others are sharing information, Ario reveals that while he was traveling on foot back to base, he spotted a group of fifty Titans coming towards their location. Turning every living thing they saw into mountains of flesh. By their rate of travel it was estimated that the humans at the fort had only two days before they were discovered.[24]
A plan is then devised to divert the Titans away from the route to the fort and towards one of the other natural enemies, the city of the Neo-Humans. Ario leads a team to do just that, but upon being teleported from the fort, the group finds themselves facing the Titans who manage to kill one of the soldiers accompanying the team.[25] Ario as the group's leader tries to surrender to the Titans[26] and shouts at them to stop after Shoks is killed,[27] and again after Shigeru meets the same fate.[28] Braginte steps eventually up to fight the Titans, managing to fight on their level for a time. Though the battle was considered entertainment to the Titans who were toying with the man before eventually killing him.[29] Ario and Riam make their escape, continuing the plan to draw the Titans away from the fort. They guide the Titans to the Neo-Humans' area where they blend in using Decoration Magic. The Titans are unable to find them and then turn their attention to the seemingly passive Neo-Humans and start destroying the city.[30]
After wreaking havoc in the city, the Titans grow bored with the Neo-Humans' lack of reaction to their chaos. In an attempt to provoke a scream, one of the Titans tries to crush a Neo-Human child. However, the child suddenly turns their lollipop into a sharp weapon and slices the Titan's arm, injuring him. This act triggers several other Neo-Humans to launch a perfectly coordinated counterattack, ultimately killing the Titan. Witnessing this, the remaining Titans react with fury, declaring the Neo-Humans as enemies. They begin pounding their chests, activating their hearts and transforming their bodies into monstrous powerhouses. What follows is a brutal bloodbath as Titans and Neo-Humans clash, killing each other in a violent confrontation.
In the midst of the chaos, after Riam dies, Ario decides to fight both factions simultaneously. Using Fairy Union, he wipes out the remaining Titans in the city along with tens or hundreds of Neo-Humans. After Ario's rampage ends, a severely injured Titan stumbles onto the scene, catching the attention of the surviving Neo-Humans. However, this Titan is revealed to be infected by a Parasite, which has taken control of the body.[31]
Demons vs Aliens Arc
After Daikokuzan destroys the giant spaceship of the Madalans, causing a great explosion, a group of Titans sense the rumbling but mistake it for an earthquake.[32]
Demon Lord Arc
Near Spiral Mountain, a group of Titans led by Gori encounters the Demon Lord Jachi. However, Jachi proves far too powerful for them. Gori confronts the demon, launching devastating attacks, but the Demon Lord remains completely unharmed. In retaliation, Jachi punches Gori with such force that he is sent flying towards the ruins of Humanity's Fortress, which results in his death.[33]
Later, the chief of the Titans, Ginbak, searches for his son Gori's killer, accompanied by his third son, Berser. Ginbak destroys Uki with a single punch but quickly realizes that the alien wasn't responsible for Gori's death.[34] He then confronts Jachi, who admits to killing Gori. Ginbak, a temperamental being, decides to fight the Demon Lord. However, their battle is abruptly interrupted by Demon Lord Nyudo, who teleports the Titans to Demon Lord Diganazal's castle.[35][36]
There, Diganazal becomes fascinated by the Titans - especially Ginbak's muscular physique - and wishes to use them in experiments to create the ultimate army for the Great Demon King. But Ginbak defeats her chimera servants and ultimately kills Diganazal herself.[37]
Current Arc
At some point after the worlds merged into one, the Lawless gang Kyokai discovered a Titan baby and subjected it to torture. A few Titans were sent to search for the missing infant, but when they confronted the Lawless, they found them holding the injured baby at gunpoint, threatening to kill it. This forced the Titans to cooperate with the Lawless, who then used them for experiments. The Lawless installed modified devices - called Electrodes used by Robots - onto the Titans' heads, effectively turning them into mindless weapons under Lawless control.[7]
The Lawless deploy these Titan weapons to attack the Combined Forces of Humanity's base.[38] Later, they use the Titans in an attempt to subdue a Tyrant Bear mother after killing its baby.[39][40] However, the Titans were defeated by the beast, which was also eventually killed.[41] But the beast's corpse is suddenly taken over by a Parasite, which begins absorbing both Lawless members and the fallen Titans, mutating into a monstrous being known as the Wild Beast Wurm.[42]
