The Air Gorilla (エアゴリラ Eagorira) is a large, fanged primate residing on the massive beanstalk Sky Plant which leads to Vegetable Sky. It is often the prey of the Wicked Beanstalk.
Anatomy
This beast is quite large, standing over 13 meters in height, and can weigh at least 11 massive tons. Despite this great weight, it can still move effortlessly while swinging in the air. It has dark blue fur and yellow skin, as well as sharp teeth and menacing red eyes.
Behavior
The largest of all apes in the skies, these monster apes live in close-knit bands led by a single male.
Powers and Abilities
An Air Gorilla's able limbs allow it to fight better in treetops than on land. One had best hope to come across one while on good footing, otherwise this dexterous beast will seem to have an even higher capture level.
History
Ozone Herb Arc
Toriko and Komatsu encounter a large pack of these brutal apes while climbing up the Sky Plant. Luckily they are able to avoid fighting them when numerous Wicked Beanstalks appear and begin eating these brutish gorillas.
