The Jackal Kite is a large creature that appears to be a hybrid between a jackal and a kite. It resides near Pot Pond.
Anatomy
It is a large winged canine with with the wings, beak and front legs of a kite and the body of a jackal. Its body is covered in light brown fur and feathers and its eyes are dark red in color.
Behavior
It is a scavenger that always takes the prey other animals have defeated. However it will not be able to steal prey if stronger opponents scare it off.
Abilities
It is a fast and agile flier that can maneuver easily in the air and even avoid attacks from the Four Heavenly Kings while in flight.
History
Bubble Fruit Arc
After the Komatsu, Rin, Yun and the Four Heavenly Kings managed to capture the elusive Madam Fish, a wild Jackal Kite appeared in the sky having noticed their prey and quickly dived in to steal it. It proved to be difficult to hit with its maneuverability, but after several attacks the kings were able to chase it away and protect the Madam Fish.
