Description
Rocket Arena is a map with a path that crosses over itself, similar to Crossroads. It has been remade once, significantly changing its appearance.
Design & Path
The current version of Rocket Arena is a rooftop-style, abandoned and overgrown map. It appears to be an industrial rooftop that has since been flooded. The main structure of the island is actually a large superstructure building, with billboards printed on the side of the building island. There are open areas of the island which have billboards and vines inside them, indicated that this too has been flooded over. On the rooftop itself, several buildings can be seen, as well as several emergency exits. The rooftop itself is in a dilapidated state. Various crates and barrels are scattered around the map, while a pipe system can be seen across the rooftop. Several air vents and RPGs are also seen around the map.
The grey stone path begins and ends at the two main buildings on the rooftop. It takes a circular route around the map, crossing over itself in the middle of the map. The path also crosses several gaps, so the path crosses several metal walkways. At the end of the path two statues can be seen towering over the path.
The first version of Rocket Arena was a brickbattle-styled map, with a blocky feel and circle studs, which resembled an old Roblox-style game. There were nine blue pillars with green and yellow bridges connecting adjacent pillars. Billboards could also be found across the map. Debris from trowels and rocket launchers could be seen around the map.
The grey circle stud path began at an orange spawn. It took a large circular route, crossing over the same point in the middle of the map twice. At the end of the path was a statue that you had to defend.

Strategy
- The middle platform is the hotspot for ground towers as enemies pass through this area twice.
- However, space is limited. Precise placing is especially helpful to place as many towers on the middle platform.
- Military Bases, Farms or Elf Camps should be placed elsewhere as to not unnecessarily take up space.
- Even when placed as close to the middle as possible, the DJ Booth is unable to cover the entire platform. Be aware of this.

- The cliff spots for this map are not ideal since they are away from the path.

Trivia
- This was the first map to be added to have paths intersect without being a two-pathed map.
- This map used to have enemies briefly go downhill after spawning before the map was remade.
- Prior to the Overhaul Update, this, Village of Despair, Graveyard and Crossroads were the only maps in which enemies go at an incline. However, Village of Despair was the only one with a major incline.
- There used to be an Easter egg in a corner of the map, where two developers of Tower Defense Simulator were setting fire to Planet3arth, the creator of Tower Battles.
- This was removed a day later to not anger Planet3arth.
- There used to be a glitch where you could place towers on the baseplate if you angled your camera correctly.
- The badge for this map was called Blast Arena.
- This map was also called Blast Zone by BelowNatural.
- This map was originally based on the original Roblox games with, as the name suggests, Rocket Launchers.
- Unlike many other maps that existed prior to the MEGA Update, this map was not remade or removed.
- This was however remade in the Frost Invasion Update.
- The models of the statues at the end of the map are taken from the GDILIVES Shoulder Pal and Razuatix Shoulder Pal, accessories made by BelowNatural.
- The GDILIVES statue is seen holding the Crucible from Doom Eternal. This is a reference to GDI's love for the game.
- The Razuatix statue is seen holding a script. This is a reference to Razuatix, a former developer for the game.
- The billboards on the outside have an old-school Roblox style, referencing the old Rocket Arena and its origin as an old Roblox game.
- Behind the enemy spawn, you can find a Haunted Mansion billboard. This is a reference to the game Haunted Mansion made by Shedletsky.
