Gum Hawk

The Gum Hawk^[1] (ガムホーク^[2], Gamu Hōku^?) is an enemy that appears in the Sonic the Hedgehog series. It is a robot deployed by the Guardian Units of Nations and a member of the Hawk Series.

Appearance

Gum Hawk is an upgraded Mono Hawk . It is equipped with a cannon that shoots blue projectiles that incapacitate the player.

Overview

Jump to get rid of them. Gum Hawk only appears in the Metal Harbor Hard Mode level. The robot targets the player and shoots a blue projectile at them. If the player is incapacitated, the robot will stick the spikes on its motors forward and fly towards the player to deal damage. However, the robot will not move until it hits the player.
