History
One Piece Odyssey
Palin traveled to Water 7 in an attempt to capture Yokozuna. His bounty was spread across the city, and picked up by the Straw Hat Pirates, who tracked him to the sewers. Upon meeting the pirates, Palin noted that he wanted to capture and sell their "talking raccoon", angering the Straw Hats. They attacked him, defeating him and claiming his bounty.
