Idor is a traveling con artist. He appears in One Piece Odyssey.
Appearance
Idor is a tall, thin man, with short brown hair, a brown mustache, and a brown goatee. He wears a blue and red striped shirt, along with a yellow turban and black pants.
Personality
Idor is an intelligent person, being able to successfully con large amounts of people. He tends to hold a grudge, continuing to hate Jango for a con he pulled some time in the past.[1] Due to his past with Jango, he is incredibly suspicious.[2]
Abilities and Powers
Hypnotism
Like his former mentor, Idor is capable of using hypnosis to put people to sleep. Unlike Jango, he does not fall under his own spell, and is able to successfully rob those he's affected.
Swordsmanship
Idor is a capable swordsman, wielding a cutlass.
History
Past
At some point in the past, Idor was a professional dancer. He looked up to Jango, but after meeting him, all his money was stolen. Angry, he began trying to get revenge on him.
Eventually, he heard that Jango joined the Marines, and turned his target of revenge on the organization as a whole.
One Piece Odyssey
Idor began collecting funds for his revenge, stealing a trader's ship. The trader reported the ship stolen, and Idor was issued a bounty of 
9,000,000, which was spread around Water 7.
The Straw Hat Pirates picked up Idor's bounty, tracking him down to a side path at the Galley-La employee public bath. He nearly convinced Chopper that he had been framed, but was ultimately defeated by the Straw Hats, who claimed his bounty.
