Gannot is a muscular, bald man with a brown mustache and beard, brown eyebrows, small ears, and broad shoulders. He wears black sunglasses and a spotted purple shirt. He also carries around a large sword, which acts as his trademark.
Personality
Gannot is a determined man, willing to not only challenge the strongest leader of the underworld in his city multiple times to achieve his goal, but also secretly follow him to another country. Judging by his epithet, Gannot likes to collect weapons.
Abilities and Powers
Gannot likely has criminal ties and influence in Water 7, having fought against Franky to be boss of the island's underworld.[2] He has the strength to cause significant problems for the World Government, as he received a 21,000,000 bounty on his head.[1]
Weapons
Gannot wields a large sword,[2] but it is unknown how experienced he is in using it.
Some time later, he discovered that Franky had built the ships used to sink the Judicial Ships during Tom's execution. Wanting to add new versions to his collection, he began tracking Franky down, following him to Dressrosa.
One Piece Odyssey
While in Dressrosa, Gannot's bounty was seen by the Straw Hat Pirates. Robin was worried he was looking for Pluton, so the pirates tracked him down, and were shocked to learn that he just wanted the Battle Frankies. However, Franky refused to make him a new one, and Gannot attempted to use force to make him. The pirates quickly defeated him and turned him over to Margin to claim his bounty.
