Appearance

Jabari is a serious-looking man who sports sunglasses and parted light hair. As part of his job to infiltrate the World Economy News Paper, he donned Attach's clothes and a latex mask of the reporter.

Personality

Jabari is professional and emotionless, as typical of a World Government agent.

Abilities and Powers

Jabari is a skilled spy and master of disguise, being able to infiltrate the World Economy News Paper through a flawless impersonation of Attach.

Weapons

He wields a pistol, which he used to coerce Morgans into covering up Charlos's assassination attempt. Still, he stood no chance against the news executive in a direct fight.

History

At some point, Jabari was sent to infiltrate the World Economy News Paper, which he did by taking the place of Attach.

When the WENP got a telegram from the World Government ordering them not to cover a specific story, Jabari gave it to Morgans, who refused to comply. Following his orders, Jabari revealed himself as a Cipher Pol agent and threatened Morgans to follow the Government's command, though he was swiftly beaten unconscious by the executive.^[1]
