Moyas is a man of average build with gray hair and a moustache. He wears a light blue overcoat, with dark blue underneath and a brown sash, as well as thin glasses.

Moyas has little strength, relying on his acting abilities to con strong soldiers into fighting on his behalf.

Moyas wields a cutlass, and has shown semi-proficient use of it in battle.
History
Past
At some point in the past, Moyas was in charge of an unpopular theater troupe. However, he racked up a large amount of debt, and began acting like a pirate to scare off the collectors. Noting the success, he became a conman, cajoling stronger criminals into being his followers.[2]
One Piece Odyssey
Due to Moyas' scams and thefts, he was issued a bounty, which was posted across the Arabasta Kingdom and eventually taken by the Straw Hat Pirates. The pirates tracked him down and defeated him, giving him to Margin to claim his bounty.
