Mad is a man of average build wearing a blue vest with white squares. He wears a brown shirt and green pants, and wields two intricate knives.

Mad has two small knives, which he uses for his own Two Sword Style. He is considerably strong with them, being able to hunt various bounty hunters and defeat those after his own bounty.
History
Past
At some point in the past, Mad heard a story about Roronoa Zoro, becoming intrigued with Three Sword Style. He decided that he wanted to compare it to his own Two Sword Style, and began to hunt bounty hunters in the hope of finding Zoro. Eventually, his actions earned him his own bounty, and he began to defeat the hunters who were aiming for him.
One Piece Odyssey
Mad's bounty was posted in the Arabasta Kingdom, where it was picked up by the Straw Hat Pirates. They tracked him down in Alubarna, defeating him and giving him to Margin to claim the reward.
Before being turned in, Mad was recruited by Margin, and joined the Bounty Pirates. He participated in the ambush on the Straw Hats, but was defeated and turned over to the Marines once again.
