Toybox, known in Japanese as Toy World (トイワールド), is an HBY-type Medabot that first appeared in Medarot 2.
Description
Toybox is a Medabot based on a selection of kids toys such as a beigoma spinning top for his head, a toy fishing rod for his right arm, a yo-yo for his left arm and a kendama for his legs and his attached ball for his chest.
In the games
Toybox is a wheel-type Medabot whose head uses Break, his right arm uses Hold, and his left arm uses "Force Up" in Medarot 2 (replaced with "Force Drain" in the GBA remake and by Level Drain in later appearances). In the earlier games, Toybox's head and legs have the "Gravity" attribute, which is best used with the Bear Medal, the right arm has the "Rebirth" attribute, and his left arm has the "Bind" attribute.
Medarot 2 and Medabots (GBA)
In the Kabuto/Metabee Version, Toybox is obtainable by robattling the school boys in Rosewood Private School, but an earlier encounter occurs in Mount Odoro's right side as Ikki and Erika are forced to fight a school boy (with a single Toybox) while exploring the area. This allows the player to obtain one of Toybox's parts early.
Medarot R
He can be obtained in Medarot R Parts Collection. In this game the lure on his right arm is shaped like Metabee.
Medarot 9
His model number changed to HBY00. His left arm's attack changed to Level Drain, and his legs gained the effect Flanking.
Medarot S: Unlimited Nova
The effect from his legs changed to Through Attack.
