Multikolor, known in Japanese as Seven Colors (セブンカラーズ), is a CMO-type Medabot that first appeared in the original Medarot game.
Description
Multikolor is based on a chameleon with green coloration, large eyes, and exaggerated reptilian features. Like the animal he represents, his parts allow him to conceal himself from enemies to avoid being attacked. Sadly, none of Multikolor's parts can inflict damage.
In the games
Multikolor's head and arm parts all have the Conceal attribute, with the Conceal action to increase evasion. He is best used with the Chameleon Medal. In Medarot DS and Medarot 7 the actions from his head and both arms changed to Evasion Promise and Stealth, and from Medarot 8 onward they became Stealth and Conceal, respectively.
Medarot
Multikolor can be found randomly at the school's pool against a female Medafighter. He can also be purchased at the convenience store in Port City.
Medarot 2
Multikolor can't be obtained in Medarot 2 through regular gameplay and instead must be transferred from the first game. He was replaced by the new CMO-type, Natural Color.
Medabots (GBA)
Multikolor didn't play a major role in the remake, and appears in the same contexts Natural Color would do in Medarot 2, with his parts being found broken in the cave at Mt. Odoro and repaired by Dr. Aki. However, in the English release it says Natural Color is Multikolor's older version.[citation needed] This is not true, as Natural Color appeared as an improvement over Multikolor in Medarot 2.
Medarot R
Multikolor is obtainable from Medarot R Parts Collection by fighting Ninja, who is ranked opponent number 70.
Medabots Infinity
Quote: Hiding's my specialty! I'm behind you now... yes, in the bush.
Medarot DS
His head's action changed to Evasion Promise, and his arms now have Stealth.
Medarot 8
His head's action changed to Stealth, and his arms returned having Conceal.
In the anime

A Multikolor with a Chameleon Medal appeared in the episode Phantom Renegade Unmasked as the Medabot from the investigative reporter Seamus MacRaker. Multikolor likes to praise his master, but his phrasing usually doesn't come across as a compliment, and in the English dub he also slips unpleasant details about his master. He used his concealing ability to help Seamus spy on Ikki and Metabee after suspecting Ikki of being the Phantom Renegade. This lasted until their fake news were found out, and Ikki and Metabee challenged them to a Robattle. However, Ikki made Metabee wear Dr. Bokchoy's radar arm part that helped him to easily detect Multikolor's concealing and win the match. Ikki was able to claim Multikolor's left arm, and Seamus appears to lack a spare as he replaced Multikolor's lost arm by one from a Snailoader. Ikki and Metabee later used Multikolor's arm in a match against Koji and Sumilidon.
In the English dub his model is CMO-31315. In the Japanese version he is voiced by Norihisa Mori.
