The Bear (クマ Kuma) Medal was introduced in the first Medarot game.
In the games
In Medarot, Medarot 2, Medarot R, and Medabots (GBA), the Bear Medal has the Gravity attribute, being more compatible with Medaparts that have the Press and Break attacks, like Churlybear, Drakonfly, and Sharkkan.
Medarot
When a Knight Medal is obtained in a link battle, it becomes the Bear Medal in the Kabuto Version. In the Kuwagata Version it becomes a Squid Medal instead.
Medarot 2
The Bear Medal is given by a ninja in the entrance of the Ninja Park in the Kabuto/Metabee Version. In the Kuwagata/Rokusho Version he gives the Squid Medal. The Medal is lost if it is not obtained before the Ninja Park opens, which only happens after completing the game. The Bear Medal's three Medaforces, Weight Bomb, Giga Break, and Con-Gravity, will respectively double, triplicate, and quadruplicate the success rate of the user's Gravity parts.
After completing the game, the Bear Medal from the first game can be transfered to the second. Except for the name being written in hiragana (くま) and its design, the two Bear Medals are the same.
Medabots (GBA)
The Bear Medal is found in the same way in the second game's GBA remake, but its stats are different. The Bear Medal from the first game is not available in the remake.
Medaforces:
| 1 | Gravity Form | Has the same effect as Weight Bomb, doubling the success rate from the user's Gravity parts. |
| 2 | Absorb Gravity | Makes the user absorb Gravity attacks, healing instead of taking damage from them. |

Medabots AX
The Bear Medal is exclusive to the Rokusho Version. It is obtained by completing the Robattle Trial Matches. Its Medaforce, Giga Break, increases the power of attack parts.
Medarot S: Unlimited Nova
The Bear Medal is obtained in the main story.
In the anime
The Churlybear from the Ankle Biters has a Bear Medal.
